Refund policy

Every SoulShop item is made to order — printed individually for you after you purchase. Under EU consumer law, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to order or personalised (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16). For this reason we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size — please check the size guide carefully before ordering.

This does not affect your statutory rights. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right: contact us at info@soulshop-store.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
