Products All products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner Gelato. SoulShop designs are original fan-made artwork inspired by Deadlock. SoulShop is not affiliated with or endorsed by Valve Corporation.

Orders Once an order is placed it enters production immediately and cannot be modified or cancelled. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

Shipping Orders are fulfilled and shipped by Gelato from the nearest production facility to your location. Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your region.

Intellectual Property All SoulShop designs are original works created by the SoulShop team. Deadlock is a trademark of Valve Corporation. SoulShop claims no ownership over Valve's intellectual property.
